Unlike BTTB or any PSTN operators, Telebarta Limited is providing 24x7 call center and help line facility to Telebarta subscribers without any call charge for calling to its call center at 123 and 124.

Electronic Top-Up offers subscribers the convenience of purchasing additional talk time by making payment at a number of easily accessible designated locations throughout their districts, such as Telebarta’s sales offices and distributors many outlets throughout the country. Once the money is paid, the additional talk time is automatically added. The subscriber does not need to buy a new scratch card and go through the process of entering a PIN to load the talk time. E-Top Up gives subscribers the flexible option to top-up at any amount between Tk. 50 and Tk. 10,000.
