Telebarta Customer Care Center with a trained team strives to guarantee customer – oriented service aiming to satisfy the subscribers with proactive attitude and efficient solution. Our Customer Care Representatives serves with pleasure on the following issues:

1. Subscribing a New Connection
A subscriber can get Telebarta connection from the customer care centers or from any of the authorized outlets as well.
Procedure:
  •  At first a customer need to fill up the Telebarta Subscription Form. Then the customer needs to submit necessary documents and pay required fees and charges to get the connection along with the handset.
  • After the customer makes the payment an invoice/slip will be provided which has to be stored for further reference.
  •  In case of Post-paid the number will be activated within 72 hours whereas in case of Pre-paid the will be pre-activated.
  • The following documents are required :
  • Two copies of passport size photograph
  • Copy of Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Gun License in order to prove address.
  • Documents for the subscribers:
  • Invoice / Money Receipt of respective package price
  • Copy of Subscription Agreement Form
  • Other if any
  • # Please preserve your received documents for future reference
    2. Transfer Of Ownership
    * For individual Customers:
    To Transfer the Ownership of a subscription, following steps has to be followed:
  • Presence of both the transferor and transferee are required at any of our Customer Service Centers with proper  documents
  • The procedure for transferring ownership is absolutely free.
  • Documents Required for Transferor (Existing)
  • Original Subscription Agreement Form/Invoice
  • Original Customer's Photograph (One Copy)
  • Latest Paid Bill Copy(In case of post-paid)
  • Documents Required for Transferee (New)
  • Photocopy of Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Bank Certificate
  • Passport sized Photograph (2-Copy)
  • Fee/Charges:
    Transfer fee: absolutely free.
    Note:   If customer is not alive, Death Certificate is required
    * For Corporate Customers:
    For our corporate customers the following steps has to be maintained :
  • Corporate Customers need to fill up the Transfer Certificate Form along with new Application Form with signature and company seal (they can collect the forms by submitting a forwarding letter to the Customer Care Center)
  • The transferor (corporate) needs to assign one authorized person who has the signing authority
  • A procurement letter on company letterhead while a corporate taking a connection from private/ corporate
  • A clearance certificate on company letterhead while transferring a connection of a corporate customer to an individual to be signed by the Managing Director/Chairman of the company with Company Seal.
  • Fee/ Charges: No charges applicable.
    3. Reconnection
    If a subscriber (whose service is barred) wants to get re-connected then he/she must come to the customer care center of Telebarta Limited and pay the bills in the collection booth and then submit one copy of the payment slip to the customer care center. The subscriber will keep the other copy of the payment slip and get connected within 24 hours.
    4. Change of Address
    Telebarta customers can change their billing address. To Change the billing address, the following steps has to be maintained:
    Steps:
  • To change the address you need to collect an address change form from the customer care centers. Then you will fill the form appropriately, sign it and submit it.
  • Change of Address is subject to signature verification. Signature should be same as provided on the subscription form.
  • 5. Package Migration
    If you want to migrate from one package to another then you have to come and visit any of the Telebarta customer care centers and collect a migration form. After you fill up the form and other requirements in the collection booth, you will submit the form.
    PCO Package Migration:
  • Have to fill up the Migration Registration Form where MDN & ESN number will be the same as the previous number.
  • The photocopy of the previous customer registration form.
  • The photocopy of Trade License.
  • Two copy attested photograph.
  • The identification documents of the shop owner or the PCO user like ID card, Passport, Gun License, Voter  ID Card, Driving License, or BTRC 2006 (A).
  • 6. Re-Registration
    A terminated customer can revive his/her service. For Re-Registration please follow the steps:
    Steps:
  • Collect a Re-registration form from the customer care centers.
  • Fill in the prescribed form
  • Documents Required for Customer
  • Original Customer.
  • Subscription Agreement Form / Invoice Copy.
  • Passport sized Photograph (2-Copy).
  • Photocopy of Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Bank Certificate.
  • 7. Replacement of Charger/Battery
    If the subscriber has found his/her charger/battery faulty then he/she can bring that charger/battery to Telebarta Limited customer care center with FWP and proper document. If the subscriber is within the warranty period (6 months warranty) and has the proper document then the CCR will take care of it.
    8. Replacement of FWP
    If the subscriber find his/her FWP faulty then he/she can bring that FWP to Telebarta Limited customer care center with proper document. If the subscriber is within the warranty period (1 year warranty) and has the proper document then the CCR will take care of it.
    9. Set Related Queries
    For any kind of problems regarding the telephone set, the subscribers can always get help from the customer care.
