MANAGER - FINANCE

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
|
|
|
|
To develop and maintain all necessary financial controls, systems and process to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company’s finances and compliance with statutory requirements
|
|
|
|
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
|
|
|
|
Contribute to the achievement of the company’s business objectives by providing advises and guidance on financial strategy.
Prepare financial projection for business proposal / investment proposal and recommend those that will produce the best returns consistent with company policy
Develop and control the company’s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations compiled with.
Oversee the preparation of the company’s financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time.
Develop and implement an internal audit program to ensure that the company compiles with financial procedures and regulations.
Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company.
Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations.
Direct and control accounts and finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
Carry out various ad hoc projects in relation to financial and performance data.
Consolidate and interpret financial data from various profit and cost centers to ensure that accurate and timely business information is presented to management to assist them in decision making

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
|
|
|
|
FCA / Chartered Accountant / MBA and strong business experience with high level
financial expertise
Strong knowledge on financial syndication, term loan syndication and structure financing
is MANDATORY
Able to quickly analyze multidimensional issues and filter key commercial factors
towards making a decision
Good finance, accounting, corporate finance, systems, procurement, and business
knowledge
Must have knowledge in strategic management and in depth knowledge in financial
management, accounting and internal control with knowledge in ERP
Solid leadership and professional management approach with excellent coaching &
mentoring abilities

|

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
|
|
|
|
To direct and control the sales function for the company to achieve agreed sales volumes and develop policies and procedures that will meet the objectives of the company.
|
|
|
|
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
|
|
|
|
Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy, particularly
in relation to sales objectives
Develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate
objectives
Monitor the performance of the sales function and take remedial action where necessary
to ensure that sales targets are met
Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains
and develops its competitive position
Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology to ensure
that the company maintains and develops its competitive position
Develop and maintain relationship with key customers and other relevant bodies to
ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized
Develop and control the budget for the sales function to ensure that all financial
targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply
with company and regulatory requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MBA or Masters from any reputed university with 6 to 8 years professional work experience
in any telecom or multinational company
Thorough knowledge and experience of marketing and sales
Thorough knowledge of company products
Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Impressive record of achieving targets

MANAGER -MARKETING
|
|
|
|
PURPOSE OF JOB
|
|
|
|
To develop and introduce marketing strategies to improve current business, identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development and promotion of the company and its products
|
|
|
|
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
|
|
|
|
Identify and develop new initiatives to improve the range and quality of the products provided by the company and to ensure responsiveness to changes in the external environment
Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the effective promotion
and marketing of the company
Analyze trends in the business environment, help to develop products that are responsiveness to market demands, and identify new market opportunities
Critically evaluate the cost and benefits of all new ideas and initiatives to ensure that the resources are appropriately directed and to keep the company ahead of its competitors
Advise the company as part of the corporate management team on the development of new initiatives and the promotion and marketing of products to ensure the achievement of the company’s corporate objectives
Direct and control the staff of the department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained
